Happy Ass – Open your Ass and your Heart and Mind will follow

From hightened awareness and sensitivity for rosebud, rectum and pelvic floor to anal meditation and anal massage and inbetween a lot of other things: In this workshop you will discover your most sacred area but often the most underestimated and neglected part of your body, your bum.

It’s all about the asshole – the happy asshole. Indirectly themes of gender and fluidity in sexual orientation might arise. Though pleasure, content and health are accessible for everybody and can be fostered by consciously engaging with our bum, regardless of gender construction or biological constitution. Health and pleasure stand in close relation to each other here and open up possibilities to deeply explore ones own body, sexuality and connection.

No other bodypart stands for aspects of physical as well as emotional opening up and expansion. By dedicating ourselves to our ass, we cultivate our skills of letting go, acceptance, perception and percolation. Anal touch both requires and fosters trust and responsibility. Through active receiving of anal touch, an intense intimacy and connection can arise, emotional healing and strengthening power can be freed up. To be at home in your own anal area provides you with a feeling of trust and stability in yourselve and the world, of feeling rooted and grounded.

We will also explore the ass as a sensual playground. There is a lot to discover here from a sexual and emotional perspective.

We will adress a.o. the following topics:

• localisation of the anal area in the pelvic and genital area and its impact on experiencing pleasure and conscious embodiment.
• anus and emotions: the anal taboo, shame, disgust and other stress
• awareness, relaxation and stimulation through meditation, breath, voice, movement and (self-)touch
• Anal orgasmic Meditation
• active receiving and giving of bodymassage, external and internal anal massage, prostate massage and anal mapping
• the anus and the gastrointestinal tract
• intestine and anal care
• hygiene, health safety, anal sex, consent
• toys and tools such as Dildo, Strap-On, Butt-Plug, Enema, Fisting, Rimming, Anal Balloon or Aneros

Every participant is invited to find their own pace and limit. Especially when it comes to the anus with its complex sphincter muscles we need to practice to feel our limits, needs, desires and fears. Therefore there are no requirements to be able to participate in this workshop. Beginners as well as experienced lovers of anal play are welcome.

Participation is open for Singles as well as couples. Couples can do practices together. We also invite them to open up for practicing with the group if they feel comfortable about it. Basic requirement though is the will to work with people of all gender.

No food available in house at the Lotus! Snacks in the breaks are included in the workshop price. Other meal you can find in cafes, restaurants and (organic)shops nearby.

Christian founded the Neo Tantra Institute in 2012 after 20 years of personal sexual development, group psychology, relationship management and coaching.
